At The Indus Valley, we strive to ensure your kitchen is equipped with the finest healthy cookware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 15 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the cookware is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original box with all tags and accessories intact for a successful pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days to collect the package and provide a physical receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 days.
